I Can't Believe The New Me After Something So Simple

I Can't Believe The New Me After Something So Simple

My new Doctor shocked me into Reality!

Blood pressure, borderline liver numbers, BMI, trigs, Type 2.  I had it all.

About a year ago I was lost. I was overweight and in bad health.

Morgan suggested I switch to her doctor because my old doctor was just throwing medications and procedures at my problems. Each check up resulted in a new bad test, and another new prescription.

The new doctor said "I'm surprised you haven't had a stroke, or a heart attack." She looked at me over her glasses, "I'm serious." Those were the actual words. This was serious.

She didn't prescribe medication. She prescribed action, and not what you think (exercise, diet, etc.).
Hi, it's Jenn again. For those that don't know - I’m 55, married for 28 years. Mom of 3, with 5 grandbabies.

I wrote about it last year but I thought I would 'freshen it up' for the upcoming Holidays. The "Holiday Gauntlet". LOL. So what my new doctor prescribed was fasting. Intermittent Fasting is what it's called. Now before I lose some of you - that's not what this is about. Well.. just stick with me for a bit.

Have you even heard of Intermittent Fasting? Basically skipping meals. I used this method for a few months with great results - dropped 45 in ten weeks and 67 lbs overall, lowered my blood pressure and BMI at the same time.

Intermittent fasting is basically not eating for a certain amount of time. And specifically, not eating or drinking anything that will trigger a digestion response.

Well, that's getting way to technical. Look it up if you want. But I'm here to tell you that fasting works! But it also can be really hard. The time range from 18 hours to 24, 48 and even more.

My longest fast was 3 full days. I was a little delirious, light headed, foggy, etc. Never again, but I have to say that I actually like 18 hours - basically skipping breakfast. And 24-hour isn't that bad. I can endure 32 hours. But 2 and 3 days fasts are too much.

Sometimes, hunger got the best of me. Other times, the habit of snacking got it the way.

To help with hunger and snacking, I use a cocktail of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV), water and lemon. No specific recipe, but I mix a tablespoon of ACV into a full large glass of ice water, topped off with the juice of half a lemon. Some use baking soda to even out the acidity, but I don't.

Before we all out and go start fasting on your own, just know that some should not fast. Ask your Doctor about fasting. My mom even said "you don't want to stop your metabolism." LOL.

I get the benefit of fasting without actually fasting. But that's what this  is - a way to trigger your body into "fasting mode" without going through fasting. And this is what I am using now.

99% of People Have Never Even Heard Of This...

It's called Autophagy- a really awesome body mechanism that switches on like a trigger - weight loss, cell recycling, skin cell regeneration. It has it all.

Good news - this is not a diet regiment. No yo-yo diets. This method goes hand in hand with just being human.

We humans changed the way the ate in the 1970s. Big Food invented processed food and Big Pharma invented medications to deal with the sicknesses we get from eating Big Food- they support each other while making billions from the circle of chaos.  We just keep snacking it all up.

With this product and other lifestyle changes, I have lost 67 pounds and I maintain my weight, even through the Holidays. There are over 10 thousand people that have used this product, and we have only just begun.

This is a movement. Share this and join the community. We will support one another and get to know each other through our support.

I have shared what I have learned with so many people through web pages just like this one. If you are interested, simply click HERE.
While I was on the "natural home remedy" kick, I even tried foot detox pads and putting a peeled onion in my sock.

(...and I'm just a little embarrassed to confess I slept with an onion in my sock...) Seems an old time folk remedy for a cold or flu has crept into weight loss mythology. LOL.

Next, I did Keto. There were some excellent meals to be had with that plan, but I missed toast and croutons constantly.

Then I counted calories, tried Paleo, I even went vegetarian for a whole month. BUT, my scale always read the same thing!
I even tried some of those weird "hacks" I saw in my news feed web pages. The ones with those strange cartoons of hidden messages. Don't. Just Don't.

I thought...“Maybe there's something more to it?” I hear women talk about their "thyroid" or some other thing.

Of course I Googled it - "Why can't I lose weight?" I found about, oh, only 1000 things the Internet of Things had to say. Whew. I needed to talk to somebody I could trust.

"See For Yourself"

Of course, I get asked every day about what I’m doing to get these results so quickly.

I get all of the same questions - "did you have surgery? What weight loss pills are you on? Are you just not eating?"

Yada, yada, yada.

I just point them to the website and say "See For Yourself". And I'm pointing it out here too - I have put a link to the same website where I learned about it here below. "Go ahead a try it, there's a money back guarantee that makes it a no-brainer."

 Love Always, Jenn
